Questions
How big are the totes?
Each tote holds 27 gallons, about 30 × 20 × 14 inches. They have snap-tight lids, stack securely, and fit about as much as two medium moving boxes.
How many totes do I need?
A rough guide: 20 for a studio or 1-bedroom, 40 for 2–3 bedrooms, 60 for 3–4 bedrooms, and 80 for larger homes or offices. Not sure? Text us and we'll help you pick.
What if I need them longer than 2 weeks?
Text us before your pickup date and we'll extend by the week. The extension is charged to the card you paid with.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. Tell us where to leave them (garage, porch or driveway) and we'll text when they're dropped off.
What can't go in the totes?
No chemicals, fuel, oilfield fluids, paint, wet or moldy items, or unwrapped food. Wrap sharp items so they don't puncture the plastic.
What do I need to rent the trailer?
A truck or SUV rated to tow it, with a [BALL SIZE] hitch ball and a working [PLUG] plug. Bring your valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance. At pickup we photograph both and take a quick photo of you to match your license. We can't release the trailer without them. Bring it back swept out and on time to get your full $250 deposit back.
What happens to my ID photos?
They're kept private and used only to confirm who rented the trailer. We delete them after the trailer is back and your deposit is settled.
Can I rent just the trailer?
Yes. Set the package to "No totes, trailer only" when you reserve.
Do you deliver outside Midland, Odessa and Big Spring?
Often, yes. Text us your town for a delivery quote.
